Important Note Regarding The Annual License

EasyFMD is sold on an annual license basis. The initial license will be valid for one year from the date the initial payment is received. Prior to expiry, automated reminders will be sent to inform you that a new license needs to be purchased. If you choose not to renew your license, EasyFMD will revert back to Evaluation Mode.

Pricing

All Irish customers are subject to VAT at 23%.
For EU customers with a valid VAT number, VAT to be accounted for on the reverse charge basis.
EU customers who do not supply a valid VAT number will be subject to VAT at the current Irish rate of 23%.

Whilst this is an annual charge, it does include unlimited use of the software for one year, all your support and free upgrades.

Is Onsite Training Included ?

For 99% of our customers, onsite training is NOT required as we will do all the initial training via remote sessions and webinars. This is included in the annual fee above. For the handful of customer who insist on onsite training, a per day charge will apply. No Refund

Because delivery of the license file is electronic, and the software is provided free of charge during the Evaluation Period to allow potential customers to evaluate and test it before paying the license fee, Quick Pharm Solutions enforces a strict NO REFUND policy. Please evaluate and test the software carefully during the Evaluation Period. Once you pay the license fee, your payment is final and you may not be reimbursed.
